Check the status of Horsham District Council’s football pitches by visiting their web page. Please use this for guidance and note that it is usually updated every Friday. Overnight rain may still mean the pitches are unplayable and it is our responsibility to ensure they are not damaged.
FA regulations state that to be used for affiliated matches, artificial pitches must be listed on The FA 3G Pitch Register , which is a public, live online document.
Before booking a 3G pitch, the Club should check that the pitch in question is listed on the 3G Pitch Register.
Note: If a 3G pitch is listed on the register at the start of the season (August) it will remain on the register for the whole season, as expiry dates are at the end of the season (End of May). Therefore, if a Club is using the same 3G pitch throughout the season they only have to check the register once.
