Registrations

Horsham Sparrows FC uses an online registration platform called Membermojo to register players and volunteers.

The following options are available and in order to register, please note the criteria. The team manager will share the links to complete your registration when the platform is open.

Mini Soccer Playing Membership

For boys and girls playing in Under 7s, Under 8s, Under 9s and Under 10s teams

Mini Soccer Training only Membership

For boys and girls training in Under 7s, Under 8s, Under 9s and Under 10s teams

Youth Football Playing Membership

For boys and girls playing in Under 11s, Under 12s, Under 13s, Under 14s, Under 15s and Under 16s teams

Youth Football Training only Membership

For boys and girls traininging in Under 11s, Under 12s, Under 13s, Under 14s, Under 15s and Under 16s teams

Adult & U18 Football Playing Membership

For playing membership in teams aged 16+

Adult & U18 Football Training only Membership

For training membership in teams aged 16+

Things to remember

  • Membership is strictly by invitation only and priority will be given to existing players
  • A new digital passport style photo will be required each new season (for playing membership only).
  • When registering with Horsham Sparrows FC, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and will adhere to the club’s code of conduct policies.
  • Due to the new registration process adopted by the FA, we have had to make the forms extremely comprehensive. Therefore, we ask that you please take care to complete all the fields.
